Best customer service EVER!!!

I bought a pair a little over a year ago and somehow broke a piece on them. I was so upset thinking that the company would not replace or repair them and if you’ve ever had to deal with customer service in the past then you already know what kind of nightmare it could be. Out of everything that is not going right in my life right now this company has made this experience the easiest and most painless as can be for me. Thank you so much!! My MOJO2 headphones review

Hi, I have purchased my MOJO2 headphones almost a year ago and I enjoyed them very much. I love the long battery life and fit of the headphones. I like the fact that I am able to hear the sounds around me as well as the music or a podcast that I am listening to at the time.
Sadly, a piece of plastic on the charger side of the headphones broke off about a week ago.
I was pleasantly surprised that after contacting Mojawa customer service they have promised to send me a new replacement headphones to rectify my damaged headphones. Great customer service! Thank you Mojawa!
