Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

Mojawa uses different carriers to ensure your items arrive on time. When your items are shipped, we will use the most appropriate delivery method, depending on the weight and shipping destination of your package.

 

For US areas, our carrier is USPS. The delivery time is about 2-5 working days.

For non-US areas, our carriers are: 4PX, Yun Express, DHL, FedEx, etc.The delivery time is about 10-14 working days.

The merchandise you order may be filled from several locations, and items may arrive separately. If this is the case:
You will not incur additional shipping charges

*If your tracking appears stuck on a certain date, please note that this is entirely normal as the package moves from country to country. As soon as it lands in your country, it will move quickly to your doorstep !

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
