- Orders shipped to a P.O. Box address will be delivered by Standard shipping options only and are excluded from expedited shipping options.
- If your tracking appears stuck on a certain date, please note that this is entirely normal as the package is being cleared for custom. As soon as it’s relased, the package will move quickly to your doorstep!
- Due to the coronavirus, delivery time may be delayed by 1-7 days. Thank you for your understanding.
Do you provide tracking information?
- Yes, you will receive a notification with tracking information via email once your order shipped.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”
- For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update in the system.
- For logistical reasons, items in the same or will sometimes be split in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
