Mojawa’s limited-time warranty is restricted to the country of purchase. The warranty is voided if items are taken outside the country originally bought in or shipped directly from an authorized online purchase.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Undamaged products may be returned to get a full refund for any reason within 30 days from the date of purchase. Once the returned item arrives at Mojawa’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.
Returns must include all accessories.
Returned items must include the original packaging.
For non-quality-related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
For quality-related warranty claims, Mojawa refunds the cost of purchasing the product itself.
Returns may be rejected if the product does not meet the above requirements.
Refund requests for the 30-day money back guarantee will expire 30 days after the purchase day. Mojawa will not issue a refund request for non-quality warranty claims after this 30-day window has elapsed. If purchases are not made directly through Mojawa’s online stores, please contact the respective retailers for refunds. For quality-related issues, please see below.
Warranties on products will be voided after having been fully refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 1-2 weeks. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
