Mojawa’s limited-time warranty is restricted to the country of purchase. The warranty is voided if items are taken outside the country originally purchased or shipped directly from an authorized online purchase.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Undamaged products are entitled to be returned for a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. Once we inspect the returned item at Mojawa’s warehouse, we’ll initiate the refund.
  • Returns must include all accessories.
  • Returned items must include the original packaging.
  • For non-quality-related warranty claims, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping fee.
  • For quality-related warranty claims, Mojawa will refund the total price of the original purchase.
  • Returns may be rejected if the product does not meet the above conditions.
  • Refund requests for the 30-day money-back guarantee will expire 30 days after the purchase date. Mojawa will not issue a refund for non-quality-related claims after the 30-day window. If purchases are not made directly through Mojawa’s online stores, please contact the respective retailers for refunds.

Warranties on products will be voided after having been fully refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your items upon receiving them and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong items so that we can assess the issue and rectify it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we DO NOT accept returns on sales merchandise or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get the correct merchandise is to return the order you received, and once the return is accepted, place another order for the new merchandise.

European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on  your original payment method within 1-2 weeks. Please remember it could take a couple of business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
