I bought a pair a little over a year ago and somehow broke a piece on them. I was so upset thinking that the company would not replace or repair them and if you’ve ever had to deal with customer service in the past then you already know what kind of nightmare it could be. Out of everything that is not going right in my life right now this company has made this experience the easiest and most painless as can be for me. Thank you so much!! Hi, I have purchased my MOJO2 headphones almost a year ago and I enjoyed them very much. I love the long battery life and fit of the headphones. I like the fact that I am able to hear the sounds around me as well as the music or a podcast that I am listening to at the time.
Sadly, a piece of plastic on the charger side of the headphones broke off about a week ago.
I was pleasantly surprised that after contacting Mojawa customer service they have promised to send me a new replacement headphones to rectify my damaged headphones. Great customer service! Thank you Mojawa!

Case seems really solid and, if anything, a little overkill. I wouldn’t be worried about the headphones getting bashed about in there as they seem to fit perfect and the outer casing is solid.
However, a couple of minor points which I think they could improve on:
- the headphones come with 2 plastic cases, one for the charger and one for the ear plugs. I feel it would have been a nice touch to include a gap in the case for both of them. I don’t think the flap is big enough for the plastic cases, and I would prefer the earplugs to be kept in the plastic case, rather than separate or rolling around inside the storage flap.
- when closing the lid of the case, it gets caught on one of the head phones. It’s no major issue just to move it, but I don’t think the placement of the hinge is the best for this. Maybe if it was along the short side of the case it might not have this issue.
Overall, I’m glad I got the case for my terra headset as it definitely protects them more than bag they come with
