I tried out the product and found that initially it was a good fit around my earlobe. Eventually, after about 15 to 20 minutes, it started hurting me. Refund stipulates that you can return the item but it’s conditional. Product must be in good condition. Taking the fact that this will cost you to return. I did research on this product and saw that they were good reviews. I’m taking the time to do this review today so that others like you and myself will not be misled.

I'm overly hypervigilant after spending six years in the US Army AND having known peopel randomly attacked while on jogs, while walking around town, while getting into their cars. I need to be able to hear what's going on around me but also want great sound. My ears are small and traditional 'in-ear' devices never fit anyway. Lastly, I'm active and have long hair so anyting that can fall out, be pulled out easily is not for me, i.e Airpods. I love that I can wear hats, sun glasses, hoodies and the pearls stay in place. I haven't noticed any issue with charging time or length of charge because I store the pearls in the charging case when I'm not wearing them. These were an awesome buy!

We first tried your bone devices. They don't have a long enough charge cycle.
The S.tarClips provide excellent sound and the charge lasts long enough that we hit meal breaks during which they can recharge. They are a little difficult yo get on, but maybe we are clumsier than most. Once on they are very comfortable.
We have 3 sets of StarClips because out daughter broke one of them. We love them. A little humorous incident I first ordered a black set and got black in a dark silver box. The next time I ordered black I got dark silver in a black box. :)

These have quickly become my all time favorite. I have small ears and have a hard time finding ear buds that aren’t painful. Most times I can’t even get them in , much less get them to stay in. This design is genius and works great for me. I actually bought them for my boyfriend but I love them so much I’m keeping them for myself.
